The Teva Anthology 11: Live Your Soundtrack

Water |

Music makes the world go ’round. Think about it! Whether you crank your favorite anthem to ten on the way to the mountain, river and sea or hum a tune in your head while walking to the store, we’ve always got some song on our minds. If you’ve visited the often-posted Teva Tracks column or picked up one of the last Teva Anthologies you’ll get a taste of what we have on heavy rotation.

Next month marks the launch of our eleventh collection of tunes that fuel our fire, spark our spirits and inspire us to live our own soundtracks. This all-digital edition spans the dial of folky sounds from Father John Misty and Matt Costa to the genre bending rock of Dr. Dog and Grandaddy’s, Jason Lytle. See below for a full track listing and some samples to inspire you to live better stories with the wind at your back and music on your mind.

Teva Anthology 11 is out February 1, 2013 and is available on our Soundcloud and as a digital download.

The members of Pennsylvania’s Dr. Dog look as classic as they sound. Time travel to the 60s with their psychedelic jams or chill out to their folky ballads.

It’s hard to tell if California’s Matt Costa makes music for himself or his adoring fans. This singer-songwriter is in the vein of the greats like Bob Dylan and is a master storyteller .

Grandaddy’s, Jason Lytle has enjoyed quite the solo career after the band’s breakup last decade. This is the title track off his latest record.
