by RandyPierce - Teva Life Agent 2. June 2010 05:27
One of the many reasons folks climb mountains is for the potential reward of the view at the top.  Watch how I can appreciate this with a little help from my friends:

We had worked impressively hard to get to this point but the rejuvenation from our time at the top of this first peak carried us through several days of more adventure in the Mountains!

Life Agents successful at TEVA Straight Down

by Arnd 31. May 2010 22:56

Last weekend some of the best European kayakers ventured to the little town of Elm to compete in Switzerland's most important whitewater event of the Year . After a 2 year break the event was back - bigger and better - with one of Europe's best race course and the famous after party in a circus tent.

Saturday morning started with blues skies and perfect water level for the time trials to select the 32 top finisher who advance into the head to head for the afternoon. No big surprises here, all the top male and female paddlers made the cut into the next round.

Mountain hiking blind ?!? - Just another adventure for this Teva Life Agent

by RandyPierce - Teva Life Agent 31. May 2010 12:44

We hit the Pemigewasset Wilderness full force for a six day Journey that featured the Mighty Quinn having to Guide me through all sorts of challenging terrain as we prepared for him being the first Guide Dog to lead a totally blind man up Mt. Washington this coming July! See a video clip of his work as we traverse a Saddle between two peaks (Bondcliff and Bond)!

We had our share of adventure with challenging climbs, water crossings and even a snowy monorail despite temps being in the 80's.

These videos show only a portion of the exhausting work behind a 15 hour hike and 12 hour hike back to back in such challenging environs.  You learn a tremendous amount about yourself, have an excellent opportunity to grow and you find the means to accomplish such feats.  One key is the rewarding moments you get when putting yourself into an adventure and coming through the other side with moments of marvel throughout and that feeling of accomplishment when reaching summits real and personal!

There's so much more to see and experience so stay tuned!
